Booking  

Thank you for your interest in our vacation home.  If you wish to check for availability or have any other enquiries you can either e-mail us at mitch.ford@ntlworld.com or you can call us on (UK) 0161 793 9957 and ask for either Mitch or Lisa. Rates  

The following are our standard rates to March 2010 and are quoted in both £ pounds & $ dollars.   Please note that the price is per night (min 4 night stay) and NOT per person.

Please note that all rates are subject to change based on currency fluctuations. However, once you have booked then the price is fixed.

Please note that the above is based on accommodation for up to 8 people and excludes, flights, car hire, holiday insurance etc….

 A 10% deposit is required to secure the property, with payment in full 6 wks before rental period is set to commence.  

TERMS & CONDITIONS of BOOKING (please take time to read through)

1)       Our villa is strictly non-smoking.  

2)       No animals/pets are allowed.

3)       No guns/firearms.

4)       No glass objects in or around the pool/deck area.

5)       The owners reserve the right to remove occupiers from the premises without refund for breach of any of the rental conditions.

6)       Cancellation must be in writing.  In the event of cancellation we reserve the right to apply the following charges: -

*        10 wks or more prior to rental period, loss of deposit

*        9-4 wks prior to rental period, 50% loss

*        Less than 4 wks 100% loss

*        We reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled if we do not receive the balance     by the due date.

7)       Neither the owners, nor any agent or employee action on the owner’s behalf, can be held liable/responsible for the loss or damage to your property, or similarly, any sustained injury or death by any member of the party however caused.

8)       Please ensure that a responsible adult supervises all children in the pool, patio/lanai area or garage at all times.  The No.1 cause of infant/child death in Florida is drowning – please be vigilant at all times.

9)       The pool alarm must be kept on at all times.  It is an offence under Floridian Law to disable/tamper with these alarms.  

10)   Do not throw coins in the pool; this action can result in the pool floor becoming marked.   Damage from this source may result in loss of the security deposit for additional cleaning costs that could be incurred.

11)   If you have requested pool heat then the temperature is subject to local weather conditions, which as you can appreciate is out of our control. 

12)   Guests should not interfere with pool valves, timers or other controls outside the screened area.  You will be charged for any damaged caused by unauthorised tampering.

13)   All doors & windows should be closed and locked whenever the property is left unattended.

14)   Guests should not erect any other structures/electrical lines/antennae in or around the grounds of the property.

15)   The owners or agents will not be liable for loss or delay due to the following: -

*        Terrorist Activity

*        War

*        Political unrest/hostilities/riots

*        Industrial Disputes/strikes

*        Flood/Fire

*        Problems with transport/aircraft grounded, closure of airports or ports

*        Any weather conditions or other event that is out of the owners/agents control

16)   Check in time 3.00pm local time on arrival.  Check-out time is 11am on the departure date.   Failure to vacate the property by this time will result in additional charges.

17)   Upon arrival guests should ensure that the property is checked thoroughly for any signs of damage and report strictly within 24 hours to the management company.

18)   Upon departure please ensure that the keys are deposited in the lock box as instructed. Failure to do so will result in loss of the security deposit.

19)   In the event that a cheque (check) is not honoured by the bank, then we will make an appropriate charge to cover bank costs. 

20) All guests are strongly advised to have adequate travel/medical insurance.
